Customer Purchase Guidelines

Refund & Return Policy – Unikmonkey

At Unikmonkey, we strive to provide our customers with an easy and worry-free shopping experience. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund & Return Window

  • Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Please allow up to 1 day for confirmation after placing an order (via Shopify).

  • Order Processing: Confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 days.

  • Shipping: Orders are shipped through our courier partners and typically take 7–8 days to reach your delivery address (depending on location).

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of placing the order.

  • To cancel, email us at Contact@unikmonkey.com.

  • Please note: A 4% processing fee will be deducted from the refund due to payment gateway charges.

Return & Refund Conditions

We do not offer cash refunds. Returns and refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Report within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Condition of Item: Product must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags intact.

Return / Exchange Process

  1. Once your request is verified, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 24 hours.

  2. Our courier partner will pick up the product within 2–3 days.

  3. Once the item is received and verified, your refund/exchange will be processed within 7 days.

⚠️ The courier can refuse pickup if the tags are missing or the product shows signs of being worn, washed, or soiled.

Refund Methods

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide at the time of request.

  • Processing Fee: A 4% deduction will apply on all refunds (including prepaid and COD) due to payment gateway and processing charges.

  • No Cash Refunds: Under no circumstances do we issue refunds in cash.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

  • For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
